Drank lots of water at the office, probably a gallon. No lie. I drank a ton of water, I guess I was really dehydrated or something. I know I've been tired a lot lately, could be what's going on.

4 slices ham, tiny bit of mayo, two pieces of white bread
boiled egg
Snack:
recovery drink
Dinner:
2 pieces pepperoni pizza
1 piece cheese pizza
